Delete Your Enlighten Account

This schedules your Enlighten account and personal data for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. You can cancel by logging back into the app during that window (Settings › Privacy).

This form only works for accounts created with an email + password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, please delete your account from within the app instead (Settings › Privacy › Delete Account).

What happens to your data

Once the 30-day grace period ends, we permanently delete:

• Your email, name, avatar, and Google/Apple sign-in links
• Your password
• Consent records, app preferences, free-text exercise responses, feedback submissions, ad interaction events, and push notification tokens

We keep your course progress and activity history, but only after stripping it of anything that identifies you (name, email, or any other personal identifier) — it's used solely for de-identified, aggregate product statistics and can no longer be tied back to you.
